a) To establish and maintain educational institutions i.e. Schools, Colleges, Universities, Centers for Guidance, Vocational Institutions for males and females, Madaras, separately with main stress on Islamic Education in order to inculcate the true spirit relating to the Quranic concept of “Khilafat-Fil-Ard”.

b) To establish hospitals, clinics, mobile dispensaries and welfare centers for the general welfare of the public.

c) To raise, generate and collect funds through earnings, loans (Qarz-e-Hasana), contributions and donations for the aims and objectives of the Trust.

d) To accept contributions, assistance, aid, loans (Qarz-e-Hasana) and collections from individuals, Government, Semi-Government, private or any other national/international agencies, authorities or institutions.

e) To acquire and manage, purchase, sell, exchange, lease, build, allot, construct, transfer, demise, dispose of or otherwise deal with any movable and immovable property for the fulfillment of the aims and objectives of the Trust.

f) To affiliate, co-operate with or join as a member or otherwise collaborate and maintain contacts with other organizations and institutions established or to be established in Pakistan or in any other country of the world having aims and objectives similar to that of the Trust.

g) To send, receive, invite and exchange missions, visits, deputations and delegations for attending conferences, meetings, lectures and courses within the country or abroad for the advancement of the aims and objectives of the Trust.

h) To do any other act or take any other measure necessary directly or indirectly for the achievement and promotion of the aims and objectives of the Trust.

i) Trust can import/export equipment, books and any other material for its projects.

j) To organize and boost extra-curricular activities for the youth of the society in order to promote healthy competitive activities among them.

k) To look after, support and help the needy persons, orphans and widows of the community.
